The proposed Groundwater Compliance Action Plan (GCAP) (LMS/GRN/S07892) for the Green River disposal site is based on the compliance strategy selection framework in the 1996 Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement. The GCAP addresses both Subparts A (disposal site) and B (groundwater cleanup) of the U.S. EPA (EPA) standards due to the nature of the site.
