Subcontractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and tools required to replace the Big Hill Critical Loop Transformers & Cables damaged by Hurricane Ike. Government will drain oil from existing transformers and dispose of it prior to handling the transformers to the subcontractor for removal. Government shall supply all replacement transformers to the subcontractor. Subcontractor shall deliver specific existing transformers to the Government after removal as salvaged equipment.
