Existing 151-1L 13.8-kV switchgear is to be replaced with new 13.8-kV switchgear that includes controls and relays mounted on the front panels. The switchgear can be replaced utilizing one of at least two options - retro-fill breakers, completely new cabinets, or other means. Provide a local alarm panel in the building with a general alarm to SCADA. This project will also include retirement of the 151-2L substation, installation of a grounding transformer at 151-1L, re-powering of the L wind data tower, reconfiguration of 105-L process feeder #1 in the 151-2L basement, etc.
