Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, services, transportation, storage, and supervision required to excavate and inspect an internal corrosion anomaly at two locations on the WH-LCMS 36-inch crude oil pipeline. Anomalies are located in marsh areas and may require wetland permitting or maintenance notification. Inspections will be performed by ultrasonic testing. Repairs shall be performed based on inspection results. All work shall be performed on DOE pipeline right-of-way.
