Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, services, transportation, storage, and supervision required to replace the WHT-1 flush water and WHT-10 seal flush tanks. Tasks include demolition of existing tank foundations, construction of new tank foundations, demolition of existing WHT-1 and WHT-10 tanks, and installation of four new 750 bbl reinforced fiberglass tanks.
