Western Area Power Administration (Western) proposes to perform routine maintenance on ceitain wood-pole structures and conduct road maintenance and repairs and re-establish the access road right-of-way (ROW) on the Alcova-Casper No1th and South (A-CASN and A-CASS) l15-kV Transmission Lines. The structures were identified as deficient and in need of repair or replacement by Western crews. Work would occur on private, BLM and State lands in Natrona County, Wyoming.
