The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Secure Transportation (OST) proposes to demolish eight temporary, modular structures at the Old Agent Operations Western Command (AOWC) and build a new building for contractor operations on NNSA-owned property within the boundaries of Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB), New Mexico.
