As previously stated, the subject Guide is intended to be a "living document" that will be periodically updated, as necessary. This current update includes additional information on Section 15 12 reporting requirements, in particular the final report, and deobligations after the end of the period of performance. The Guide is now labeled as version 2.2. The Flash also provides a memorandum, M- 10- 14, from the Office of Management and Budget entitled "Updated Guidance on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
