The purpose of this Flash is to provide you copies of the subject templates. These templates were developed to standardize the format for approving sponsorship as a FFRDC and authorization to enter into an M&O type of contract. Two versions of each template were developed. One version covers non-competitive extensions and the other covers competitions. Word versions of the four templates will be available in the STRIPES Library.
