The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to use federal EECBG funds to allow the Northern Neck Planning District Commission (NNPDC) to replace an approximately 2,160 square foot, flat, asphalt roof on an NNPDC owned building in Warsaw, Virginia. The building is located at 453 Main Street Warsaw, VA 22572. The roofing contractor would remove loose gravel, install a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Single Ply Roofing System and new gravel stop at perimeters. The new roof would not be visible from the public right-of-way and modifications would not be made to the shape of the roof.
