Subcontractor shall provide all engineering, design, labor, tools, equipment, materials, consumables, services, transportation, storage, and vendor shop drawings required to furnish, install and test a complete Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) proportioning system at the Bayou Choctaw, Bryan Mound and West Hackberry SPR sites.
