Subcontractor shall furnish all transportation, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, facilities, utilities, labor, and supervision required to clean the BM crude oil tank, BMT-4. Tasks include vapor and gas freeing the tank, stabilizing the damaged internal floating roof, cleaning the identified tank internal surfaces, and leaving the tank in laid up out-of-service state.
