The proposed action is to renew an existing lease to operate and maintain telecommunications (wireless, cellular, and/or radio services) equipment at a tower located on Los Alamos National Laboratory, New Mexico. Prior NEPA includes, Environmental Assessment for Leasing Land for the Siting, Construction and Operation of a Commercial Radio (DOE/EA-1332), for which a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) was signed February 16, 2000.
