Scoping and Opportunity for Public Comment
One of the first steps in the environmental review process is public scoping, during which DOE requests public input to help identify issues that should be addressed in the EIS.
As part of public scoping for the North Plains Connector, DOE is hosting four in-person open house meetings and one virtual scoping meeting, where the public can learn more about the project and submit written comments.
