The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Programs Office (LPO) issued a draft Environmental Assessment and draft Finding of No Significant Impact for Maxeon Golden Eagle (DOE/EA-2245), which assesses the potential environmental impacts of providing potential financial assistance (a federal loan guarantee) for the construction of 80 megawatt (MW) and 120 MW Solar Photovoltaic Installations in Guayama and Salinas, Puerto Rico.
