Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) issued a Finding of No Significant Impact based on the EA for Hoyt Solar Project (DOE/EA-2187), which assesses the potential environmental impacts of WAPA's proposed interconnection request of Deriva’s planned Hoyt Solar Project in Morgan County, Colorado to WAPA’s existing Hoyt Substation.
