DOE adopted this Bureau of Land Management (BLM final EA, which analyzes the potential environmental impacts of the proposed construction and startup of solar arrays, a substation, and a new electrical transmission line across BLM-managed lands. Fotowatio Nevada Solar, LLC, applied to DOE, a cooperating agency in preparing the EA, for a federal loan guarantee for the project.
