  • The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) proposes to fund the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) at Michigan State University (MSU). The Department of Energy has determined that the proposed action is not a major federal action that would significantly affect the quality of the human environment within the meaning of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
