The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Programs Office (LPO) is considering whether to issue a Title XVII Innovative Clean Energy Program loan guarantee to Zum Services, Inc. for the establishment of lease agreements with existing/operating school bus yards (“Bus Yard”), the acquisition of Battery Electric (school) Buses ("BEBs"), and the development of Vehicle-to-Grid ("V2G") compatible charging yards within the leased area of the Bus Yard (Project).
