The revised project scope would remove and replace all of Swordfish Boulevard, Mackerel Street, and Bass Avenue. In addition, Pike, Marlin, Pickerel, and Perch Street would be added to the projects. The remaining scope of the original EC will not change. Environmental aspects, work activities, and conditions and instructions remain the same as those identified in the original EC.
