In this Rulemaking, DOE codifies energy conservation standards for Rough Service Lamps and Vibration Service Lamps. DOE is not changing standards but is merely placing in the CFR, verbatim, certain requirements and wattage limitations for these lamps, as posted by Congress in the EPCA.
