In this final Rulemaking, DOE proposes energy conservation standards for Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPSs). DOE has determined that the energy conservation standards for these products would result in significant conservation of energy, and are technologically feasible and economically justified. These proposed standards, if adopted, would apply to all UPSs listed in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Table I.1, manufactured in, or imported into, the United States starting on and after the date two years after the publication of the final rule for this rulemaking.
