The Department of Energy is proposing to provide funding to Frontline BioEnergy, LLC to complete preliminary designs for quotation purposes, construction costing, applications for environmental permits, and project management. No construction activities are a part of Budget Period 1B. This NEPA determination covers only Budget Period 1B project activities. The previous A9 NEPA determination on 8/15/13 for activities in Budget Period 1A which included preliminary validation and negotiation activities is still applicable.
