In this final rule, DOE proposes new and amended energy conservation standards for Commercial Prerinse Spray Valves. DOE has determined that the amended energy conservation standards for these products would result in significant conservation of energy, and are technologically feasible and economically justified. These standards, if adopted, would apply to all products listed in Table 1.1 of the Final Rule and manufactured in, or import into, the United States starting on or after the date three years after the publication of the final rule for in the Federal Register.
