In this Proposed Rulemaking, DOE proposes energy conservation standards for commercial water heating equipment. These proposed standards, if adopted, would apply to all products listed in Table I.1 o and Table I.2 of the Notice of Proposed Rule, and manufactured in, or imported into, the United States on or after the date 3 years after the publication of the final rule for this rulemaking.
