The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to create demand for verified energy performance of new buildings and integrate tools that change owner's standard procurement processes by deploying three DOE developed software tools to a variety of stakeholders, and using existing utility programs to influence the market place via, one-on-one and group meetings and other communication means.
