The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to the Town of Greenburgh to increase the size of their existing solar hot water heating system by incorporating additional panels and installing a new energy efficient boiler to increase capacity and achieve better efficiencies at the Theodore D. Young Community Center.
