In this Final Rule, DOE adopts amended energy conservation standards for general service fluorescent lamps. DOE concluded in this final rule that amending energy conservation standards for incandescent reflector lamps would not be economically justified. The amended standards for general service fluorescent lamps, which are expressed as minimum lumen output per watt of a lamp, by lamp type, are shown in Table I.1 of the Final Rule. These amended standards apply to all products listed in Table I.1 and manufactured in, or imported into, the United States on or after the publication date of the Final Rule.
