The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Qado Energy, Inc. to further develop their cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform from its current alpha state to the level of commercial viability and produce two subscription offerings (1C Application Portal and IC Automated Technical Screening) as well as bringing their next two subscriptions (1C Impact Studies and Grid Optimization) into a beta-ready state.
