Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to dispose of part of its fee-owned land and participate in a land transfer with the city of Richland (City), Washington. BPA would dispose of about 3.8 acres of BPA fee-owned land to the City while retaining easement rights necessary to operate and maintain the existing transmission lines located within the corridor.
