Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Kittitas County Conservation District (KCCD) through the Yakima Tributary Access and Habitat Program (YTAHP) to replace gravity irrigation withdrawal with a pump withdrawal and install a Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) and National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) compliant fish screen on the pump hose.
