CX-035148: Substation 3 Rebuild

The project involves the complete rebuild and modernization of Boulder City's existing Substation No. 3. Activities include: Demolition and removal of existing electrical facilities, Purchase and installation of two new transformers, Construction of new substation infrastructure including switchgear, protective systems, and control equipment, Installation of accompanying distribution systems, Site grading, drainage improvements, and foundation work, Installation of new grounding systems and electrical connections, Testing and commissioning of all new equipment.
