BPA proposes to maintain low growing vegetation communities in specific, localized areas in and adjacent to the Hot Springs – Rattlesnake No. 1, Hungry Horse – Columbia Falls No. 1, and Hungry Horse – Conkelley No. 1 rights-of-way (ROW) in Flathead, Lake, Missoula, and Sanders Counties, Montana.
