12-mile, 23.9 kV distribution line southwest from the Grasse River Substation to Springs Park, a portion of the existing 8.32 kV system (Circuit 61) will be transitioned to 23.9 kV, part of Circuit 62 will be transitioned to Circuit 2305, to redistribute load, automatic reclosers added to Circuit 2305. Possible replacement of existing electrical utility poles when upgrading line from 8.23kV to 23.8kV.
