From US 27 and Carpenter St. starting at pole 209683, we are installing a new pole and installing our primary lines underground southwest to South St. At Lynch Ave and Hood Ave, we are also installing a new pole and placing our primary lines underground southwest to South St. and also from this location we will install our primary [lines] underground south to South St. From US 27 and South St., we are changing out 11 pole heading west to Hickory St. on the south side of South St.
