Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce (CREST) to implement a channel reconnection project on private and state-owned land in Clatsop County, Oregon. The project aims to restore and enhance tidal wetland ecosystem functions and fish access for Endangered Species Act (ESA) listed salmonids to important foraging and rearing habitat that has been heavily modified by past and current land uses.
