Install SCADA infrastructure on an existing substation at 6 locations (Austin, Columbia Cross Roads, Germania, Liberty, Milan, and Nelson). No ground disturbance will take place at these locations. Replace 1800 ft of underground cable and replace utility poles at 5 existing substation locations (Ayers Corner, Columbia Crossroads, Germania, Nelson and Westfield).
