The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to The University of Toledo to support workforce training for the hydrogen economy in Ohio and Michigan, develop new undergraduate courses and academic programs at two participating universities, and develop associate level academic programs, worker training, and certification programs at four community colleges.
