    This First Amended Determination follows the approval of additional funds and period of performance to support the project's small-scale research and development activities to develop and assemble a portable diagnostic package to make measurements of key plasma parameters (ne, Te, ni, Ti, vi) from a variety of transformative fusion energy devices.
