CX-023550: Novel Electrowinning Reactor for the Energy-Efficient, Low-Cost Production of Rare Earth Metals

The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing to provide funding to Case Western Reserve University in support of a research and development project to develop a novel electrowinning reactor for the energy-efficient, low-cost production of rare earth metals. The project would be completed over two budget periods.
