Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), proposes to replace the existing roof on the Machine Shop at the Montrose Power Operations Center in Montrose, Colorado. This would include the removal of the lower, middle, and upper roofs, and replacement with an ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) or comparable roofing system, using standard roofing methods and equipment. All or part of this work may be performed by a contractor.
