The Subcontractor will re-attach all loose metal and replace screws with oversized screws. Repair entire perimeter, front and back with hydro-stop foundation coat and fabric. Repair 10' of seams with hydro-stop foundation coat and fabric. Repair the ridge with hydro-stop foundation coat and fabric. Once foundation coat cures, coat the entire roof (approximately 700 square feet) with hydro-stop finish coat to stop leaks at Building 724-1H. The Subcontractor will disturb the existing roof while performing these repairs.
