Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment to perform work associated with Correct Relief Valve Vibration Failures on MOV-03 Valves at all four Strategic Petroleum Reserve sites. Work shall include fabricating and installing pipe supports, performing hot taps of pipelines, replace pipeline when necessary, and repair any damage to power cables or instrumentation cables.
