The facility is in the process of design preparation to install an alternate (standby) diesel generator and tie-in connection for HB-Line facility. When complete, implementation of this design will allow the facility to install an alternate diesel generator to meet the technical safety requirement to restore the HB-Line Backup Power System to "Operable" status within required completion time of LCO 3.4.1.
