CX-017062: Developing and Testing Radiation Resistant High Density Foam

Environmental evaluation checklist has been revised to cover the installation of a 300,000-gallon fire water tank and electric-driven fire water pump and diesel-driven fire water pump to be installed between old 713-A and 713-1A pads and to designate the domestic water system as a back-up supply to the pumps when the fire tank is unavailable due to painting, etc.  Rev.1 also is needed to cover the geotechnical work.  Existing fire water pumps at 784-A are to be removed prior to 784-A powerhouse demolition (Not a part of this environmental evaluation checklist).  Rev. 2 extends activity end date.
