The 4th Battalion from the 160th Special Operations Air Regiment at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (referred to hereafter as "Army") proposes to use the Hanford Site Volpentest Hazardous Materials Management and Emergency Response Federal Training Center and the Hanford Patrol Training Academy Emergency Vehicle Operations Course helicopter pad for landing training exercises and simulations (referred to hereafter as "helicopter training") on August 30, 2017, with August 31 or September 1 as contingencies.
