Bonneville Power Administration proposes to disconnect the existing Portland General Electric Troutdale-Blue Lake No. 1 230 kilovolt transmission line from bay 14 at Bonneville Power Administration's Troutdale Substation, and reconnect the line using new conductor, jumpers, and hardware provided by Portland General Electric. The reconductor work would support Portland General Electric's ongoing transmission line upgrade project. All work would occur within the existing Troutdale Substation fenced area. No ground disturbance is proposed.
