Funding will support the project team's small-scale, research and development activities to develop a kite-towed ground generator system called the RoboKite Electric Power. Specifically, the project team will: (1) conduct scale-up study through modeling, simulation, and cost analysis; (2) complete fabrication of RoboKite Electric Power buggy system; (3) combine elements into integrated buggy platform; and (4) conduct lab and field testing.
