Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to dismantle and remove communication equipment at ten communication facilities located in central and eastern Washington. Replacement equipment has already been installed where needed; now BPA seeks to remove the obsolete equipment. The proposed work would improve work areas and structural integrity of structures that support network operations.
