Install iCAM air monitor in an enclosed cabinet at the base of the 291-H Stack. iCAM was previously installed in 292-3H but location created too much line loss from the monitored air stream due to the numerous pipe bends and horizontal runs from the stack to 292-3H. Data transmission line and power source already in place from previous installation in 292-3H.
